Ant & Dec have done it again, as the dynamic duo scooped the Best Presenters award at the National Television Awards for the 23rd year running.
They were up against the likes of Alison Hammond (This Morning), Bradley Walsh (The Chase), Claudia Winkleman (The Traitors) and Stacey Solomon (Sort Your Life Out).
The Geordie duo rose to fame in the 1990s on BBC drama Byker Grove, and became a presenting powerhouse in the 2000s on TV shows such as Pop Idol, Britain's Got Talent and I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! to name a few.
Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly recently announced a break on their iconic show Saturday Night Takeaway after completing a 20th season earlier this year, which fans hope isn't the final iteration of the ITV show.

The pair have won the Best Presenter award at the NTAs every year since 2001, meaning that their period of dominance stretches beyond two decades.
It is an impressive feat that has been highlighted by the Guinness World Record given to them in 2020 as they won the award for the most consecutive times, which was 18, and have now gone on to break their own record five more times.
Fans took to X to share how they were (understandably) not surprised at the outcome, as one posted: "Lol may as well call it the Ant & Dec award category."
Another added: "Nothing makes me happier than everyone being salty about Ant & Dec winning… again."
A third pointed out: "23 years of Ant & Dec winning Best Presenter/s is incredible."
A fourth shared: "Ant & Dec have so many fingers in so many pies."
As well as this nomination, Britain's Got Talent has been put up for Best Talent Show, while Ant & Dec’s Limitless Win was nominated for Best Quiz Game Show and Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway was put forward for The Bruce Forsyth Entertainment Award.
In total, Ant & Dec have won 45 NTA awards in their careers, with 11 of those being for the Most Popular Entertainment Programme, five for The Bruce Forsyth Entertainment Award, three for the Most Popular Reality Programme, two for Challenge Show and one each for the Special Recognition Award, Most Popular Quiz Programme and Landmark Award.
The show that won them the most awards at 14, is I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!

The presenters usually dominate the NTAs (David M. Benett/Dave Benett/Getty Images)
Their early days saw the duo predominantly feature on kids' TV in programmes such as SMTV and CD:UK, while their short foray into the music industry shouldn't be forgotten - how could you look past 'Let's Get Ready To Rhumble?'
Now, very much focusing on their TV careers, the duo have been part of some different projects in the last few years, such as Ant and Dec's DNA Journey, where they traced their family roots back and discovered that they are actually distant cousins.
In 2022, they debuted ITV game show Limitless Win, where there is an endless jackpot, and has since been renewed for a fourth season, set to air in 2025.
Though they're both in their late 40s, it's fair to say that the presenters are still going strong after more than 30 years on the silver screen.Featured Image Credit: Kate Green/Getty Images for the NTA's / Joe Maher/Getty Images for the NTA's

Viewers ‘work out’ x-rated shout Bradley Walsh said to Ant & Dec after they beat him to Best Presenter at NTAs
NTA viewers think what Bradley Walsh said to Ant and Dec was 'so real'
Ant & Dec have managed to win the Best Presenter award at the National Television Awards for the 23rd year in a row, breaking their own record for the fifth time.
However, presenter of The Chase, Bradley Walsh, who was also up for the award, could be seen shouting at the iconic Geordie pair as they made their way up the steps, though it is unclear what he said exactly.
The win meant that since 2001, no other British TV presenter had won the coveted award at the NTAs other than the 'Let's Get Ready to Rumble' music stars turned TV presenters.
Ant & Dec already won an NTA tonight (11 September) after I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! won the The Bruce Forsyth Entertainment Award, ahead of shows such as of Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, Michael McIntyre's Big Show, The Graham Norton Show and The Masked Singer.

The game show host jokingly shouted at the winners on stage (ITV)
One star stole the spotlight when the I'm a Celeb cast and crew made it on stage though, as Series 23 winner Sam Thompson was over the moon and extremely excited to take the award home, with fans saying that he was the 'true star' of the show.
But following Ant & Dec's latest win, fans think they spotted something that Bradley Walsh said, that ended up being pretty funny.
Viewers took to X to share what they think they heard from the 64-year-old.
One user said: "Bradley Walsh shouting “taking the p***” to Ant & Dec is everyone right now!"
Another added: "I know it was a joke but Bradley Walsh saying 'you’re taking the p***' and chasing Ant & Dec up the stairs is so real," with a laughing emoji.
A third posted: "Bradley Walsh screaming 'YOU'RE TAKING THE P***' as Ant and Dec win for the 28th year in the row," accompanied with a GIF of someone screaming into a mirror - fair enough.
The pair have held the Guinness World Record for winning the award the most consecutive times, which was back in 2019 when they broke the record with their 18th win.

Question couple got right to win £1 million from Ant and Dec
Viewers of Ant and Dec’s Limitless Win saw a couple win £1 million.
Ant and Dec’s Limitless Win saw a couple take home an eye-watering £1 million - and many viewers seem to be complaining about the final question category.
NHS workers Helen and Charlie - who were the show's winning contestants on Saturday (13 January) - said they now have enough money to 'pay off our mortgage'.
Charlie, an NHS finance manager and Helen, an NHS communications manager were more than delighted with their appearance on the episode - which is the second of series three.
After the show, Charlie explained: “On the morning of the record, we talked about having a code between us should a question come up that one of us was absolutely 100 percent certain about.

“That way we could go for the big answer if it came along. We decided to use the code ‘I know, know the answer’.
“As soon as that question came up, I realised that I knew, knew it – 100% – so there was nothing to be nervous about.
“The only time we realised the scale of it was when we locked in the answer and the whole audience gasped."
So, after banking their £100,000, the jackpot suddenly reached £1 million and Charlie was 'hyperventilating' when seeing the total prize money.

And the question that won the couple the whopping prize was: "2024 marks how many years since Blur beat Oasis to the UK number 1 spot with the song 'Country House'."
Certain of the jackpot answer, Charlie said: "29. I know. It's 29."
When the pair were announced as the winners, Helen said: "This is beyond anything, it's been amazing from start to finish."
Now, social media users weren't exactly pleased by the question - as one person tweeted: "It’s 29 years. 1995. Dead easy. Million pound question. F**k me, this is fix."
Another said: "Jeez what an easy question to win a million."
Of course, some were really happy for the couple online, with one person writing: “Still can’t get over last night’s episode of #LimitlessWin, an absolutely incredible result and I’m so thrilled for the new MILLIONAIRES...Congratulations boys on another great show.”

Charlie added: “We are going to take our time deciding what to do as this will change things significantly for us.
“We will pay off our mortgage and Helen has a significant birthday this year, so we are planning to go to New Zealand to see one of Helen’s closest friends who lives there.
“We also need a new (second hand) car which might now be a bit nicer than we were planning.
"This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for us so we will use the majority of it to set us and our children up for the future.”

Ant and Dec leave Limitless Win contestants holding back tears with emotional gesture following 50k loss
Limitless Win hosts Ant and Dec surprised the two contestants with a sweet gesture
Ant and Dec surprised a pair of Limitless Win contestants with an emotional gesture following a big money loss.
The way the ITV game show works is that contestants answer questions in a bid to win as much money as possible, with no limit to the amount of dosh they can have in the pot.
For each correct or near answer they'll progress in the competition, but if they get the answer over, even by one, they will be eliminated and lose thousands of banked cash.
Now, during the latest episode of Limitless Win on Saturday evening (10 February), viewers were stunned by the Geordie hosts' generosity toward two of their contestants.
Watch below as father and daughter Denis and Becca were left in tears:
During the VT, the duo said they had been separated from Denis' son and Becca's sibling Conor who got married in the US and has been living there for the past two years.
Conor initially visited the States for a football (soccer) scholarship.
As the dad and daughter tugged on the heartstrings of the audience, they impressed viewers at home with their charisma.
However, while Denis revealed how much he misses his son, Ant and Dec issued the pair with a surprise.

As he appeared from the back, the contestants were in tears by the sight of their family member.
Host Ant told them: "This is better than winning £50,000."
Denis agreed: "We haven't seen him for two years, lovely.
